When requesting information, membership or trial lesson, we process your first name, last name, email address and telephone number. Without processing this personal data, we cannot provide our services to you. These services are: 

Offering a lesson, trial lesson or workshop

When requesting information, membership or trial lesson, we process your first name, last name, email address and telephone number. We need the above information to be able to contact you. When requesting a trial lesson, we will contact you to schedule a lesson. In some cases we need your contact details to cancel or reschedule the lesson, trial lesson or workshop.

To inform
we process your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address for the iRegistration in our mail file for sending e-mails about all information that may be relevant for you as a participant. Such as changes in the schedule, offering extra lessons and events or lessons related to the lesson taken. These emails do not include newsletters. We only mean messages here in which we recommend similar services from The Poleground, which the recipient can logically consider to be part of the offer.

Collection of tuition and subscription fees

The Poleground uses the Payment Service Providers ''Mollie'' and ''Stripe'' to collect the payments. These Payment Service Providers ask for your address details for payment processing.
